- The Brand Management and Marketing team leads the development of global strategic, long-range property and marketing plans to support the key properties and franchises within the Global Products and Experiences (PP&E) Division.
- The team also serves as the central point of coordination across all franchises for Products and Experiences, aggregating insight, collaborating with partners an ensuring alignment across teams and key initiatives.
- Support the development of long-range property plans that manage the Lifecyle for key properties and franchises across consumer demographics.
- Lead day-to-day coordination with partners in hardlines, softlines, live experiences, publishing, corporate franchise and content for assigned portfolio of brands
- Review and manage approvals of marketing materials
- Develop new pitch materials to support the business needs
- Collaborate with retail teams and licensing teams to support the sell-in process
- 5 years’ experience in brand management, franchise management/marketing or licensing
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Highly organized, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships by working collaboratively across multi-functional teams
- Strong PowerPoint skills (presentation and slide creation), MS office including Word, Excel
- Excellent presentation skills to a both small and large groups
- Self-starter, dependable, proactive and a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience
