Location: Los Angeles, CA 90038 (Onsite, full time)

Duration: Contract - 6 months (possible extension)

Pay Range: $ 25-27/hour W2

Job Description

We are seeking a Brand Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in brand and franchise management within entertainment, PowerPoint and Excel, and cross-functional collaboration and a proven ability to translate consumer insights into brand strategy and support development of long-range property and go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities:

• Support development of long-range property and franchise plans across consumer demographics, managing lifecycle considerations.
• Complete and maintain brand plans for client's franchises by verifying internal information and ensuring accuracy.
• Analyze insights and consumer trends and translate findings into practical brand strategies and activation recommendations.
• Develop pitch materials and presentations to support business needs, including sell-in with retail and licensing partners.
• Collaborate with retail and licensing teams to support go-to-market planning and execution.
• Leverage PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint or similar systems to organize, track, and share brand assets and plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in brand management, franchise marketing, or licensing within the entertainment industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High organization with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across multifunctional teams.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for slide creation and storytelling. Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Self-starter, dependable, proactive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting go-to-market strategy development for entertainment properties.
• Background in social media or marketing within an enterprise entertainment organization.

Work Schedule & Details:

• Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PT, onsite.
• Reports to: SVP, Brand Management and Marketing, Products & Experiences.
