Looking for an EXPERIENCED Brand Manager / Career Strategist

This is a development role. I want someone who builds the vision, not just executes tasks — someone who can look at where I am now and map a clear path to where I want to be.

What you'll do

• Create a long-term career roadmap (1–5 year strategy with clear milestones)

• Develop and protect my personal brand and public image across every lane

• Grow my social media presence and secure brand partnerships / sponsorships

• Open doors: connect with agents, directors, producers, PR, photographers, labels, and collaborators

• Identify and negotiate opportunities — and tell me which ones to pass on

• Coordinate the people around me (PR, agent, content team) into one strategy

Who you are

• Proven track record developing talent from an early stage (please share who you've built)

• Real network and connections in entertainment, social media, and/or the brand world

• Strategic thinker who understands personal branding and audience growth

• Honest, organized, and genuinely invested in long-term success

  Open to discuss the right structure:

  • Commission (industry standard, typically 10–20% of earnings), or

  • Monthly retainer, or

  • Hybrid

  • Compensation is flexible and can change — it can also be structured as a percentage (%) of each deal you bring in or close. We can agree on terms that reward real results.
