Brand Manager - CPG

What You’ll Do

• Help set and execute brand strategy across positioning, portfolio, innovation, and activation
• Manage the brand P&L, including forecasting, pricing, trade spend, and margin performance
• Use consumer, financial, and market data to identify growth opportunities
• Lead close‑in innovation and renovation with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Drive portfolio optimization, including SKU rationalization and mix management
• Execute integrated marketing plans across media, digital, shopper, and e‑commerce
• Influence cross‑functional partners to deliver brand and financial results

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
• 5–7 years of brand management or marketing experience (CPG preferred)
• Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to turn insights into action in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional influence skills
• Spanish language skills a plus
