Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CPG Brand Manager who is passionate about strategically driving brand growth, uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative products and marketing campaigns to grow a major strategic Bimbo Bakeries USA category that includes multiple global brands. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment developing strategies to drive sales and market share of BBU products through numerous marketing strategies including driving household penetration, distribution, promotion, consumer insights, PR, innovation, advertising and social media.
As a Brand Manager, you will operate as a business leader, owning key levers across the marketing mix and partnering cross-functionally to bring ideas to life. You will play a critical role in translating consumer and market understanding into actionable strategies, while leading complex initiatives from concept through execution. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced CPG environment and is ready to take the next step in brand leadership.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of brand and portfolio strategies, in close partnership with senior marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Own business performance by analyzing KPIs (sales, share, profitability, distribution, innovation performance) and translating insights into clear action plans. Identify growth opportunities through deep consumer, customer, and competitive analysis, informing both short- and long-term strategies.
  • Drive innovation pipeline development in partnership with R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, from ideation through commercialization.
