Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an execution-heavy Brand Manager who blends strong foundational brand marketing with bold, unconventional approaches to take ownership of a portfolio of early-stage, functional health and wellness products. This is a hybrid role which requires this person to be onsite 4 days/week in Los Angeles, CA (Vernon).Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and optimize brand strategies to drive awareness, affinity, and consumer loyaltySupport development of brand positioning and messaging frameworks to ensure differentiation and strong storytellingPartner with Creative teams to develop impactful campaigns and ensure consistent execution across all touchpointsSupport innovation through go-to-market planning for new product launchesLeverage market research and consumer insights to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Finance, and Operations to drive business resultsTrack and analyze performance metrics, report insights to leadership, and recommend optimizationsIdentify process improvements and implement best practices where neededExperience3+ years in brand management or marketing within CPG (food & beverage or health and wellness experience preferred)Hands‑on experience in the yogurt or adjacent category, combined with premium brand management experiencePrior experience managing a premium, highly nutritious consumer brand strongly preferredExperience with premium‑priced products in competitive categories, including understanding of thin margins and high cost‑of‑goods dynamicsFamiliarity with products that have a short shelf life or require close coordination across supply chain, marketing, and retail partners#J-18808-Ljbffr
