Position Summary

The Brand Manager, Air Frying supports the global center of excellence (COE) for the air frying category across Newell Brands portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, Air Frying COE, this role contributes to category strategy, innovation execution and cross-regional coordination for all brands competing in air frying globally.

This is the right role for a rising brand builder who wants deep category expertise, global exposure and the opportunity to influence product and innovation decisions that reach consumers across multiple continents. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of brand management or innovation experience and strong analytical and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Category Research & Intelligence

• Monitor global air frying category trends, competitive activity and emerging product features and technology, synthesizing findings into regular reports and briefings for the COE and regional brand teams
• Support consumer research initiatives in partnership with Consumer Insights, translating findings into clear implications for product development and innovation planning
• Build and maintain competitive benchmarking tools and market analyses that keep the COE ahead of category developments

Innovation Support & Execution

• Support the Senior Brand Manager in managing the global air frying innovation pipeline: tracking project status, timelines, deliverables and key milestones
• Own development and timely delivery of core assets required for omnichannel new item launches
• Assist with concept development, business case creation and commercialization activities for innovation projects
• Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure product specifications are competitive, consumer-relevant and financially sound

Regional Coordination

• Serve as a day-to-day coordination point for regional brand teams, helping ensure alignment on category plans, launch timelines and asset delivery
• Provide regional teams with category data and insights to support local planning, ensuring recommendations are sensitive to each brands positioning and market context without owning the positioning itself

Commercial & Cross-Functional Support

• Leverage POS, e-commerce, consumer research and digital analytics to track category performance and surface actionable opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain and Marketing to support execution of key initiatives
• Contribute to the global annual brand planning process with category data, competitive analysis and pipeline updates

Qualifications

• 3+ years of brand management, category management or innovation experience in consumer goods or small home appliances
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with market data, consumer research and financial models
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Collaborative and proactive communicator, comfortable working across functions and geographies
• Fluency in Spanish a plus given the weight of the Latin America business
