How you will make history here…
The Brand Manager, Pacific Broth is responsible for driving growth for the brand by building and executing plans to meet annual brand, financial, & share objectives. Responsibilities include the development of insight-driven marketing strategies, brand positioning, innovation, communication & long-term category vision. This individual will lead end-to-end brand management, including P&L ownership, strategic planning, innovation pipeline development, and create the direction for integrated marketing execution.
What you will do…
Set the Annual Operating Plan financial and volume commitments in partnership with the larger category team.
Forecast demand and manage delivery of all aspects of the base business.
Develop and commercialize brand line extensions, quality and cost improvements, and commercial innovation, all grounded in deep and relevant consumer insights.
Partner with Consumer Experience/Activation teams to understand the performance and ROI of all marketing levers, optimizing investments throughout the course of the year.
Develop and execute the annual operating plans for the brand.
Deliver against the core brand positioning and vision by developing appropriate annual marketing and close-in product innovation plans.
Generate monthly consumption and demand forecasts in partnership with Demand Planning and Sales
Set marketing budgets and deliver P&L target Net Sales, Gross Margin and Marketing Contribution consistent with the group's overall financial commitments to the Company's growth agenda
Identify untapped areas of demand within core category/segments to generate new product or commercial innovation ideas and commercialize them, including selling strategy, communications idea development and executional planning in partnership with Customer Marketing and Sales teams
Organizational development, including management and day-to-day coaching of junior brand marketers.
Provide thought leadership to inspire greatness, divergent thinking, and ongoing inspiration for business building product and marketing ideas

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)
Bachelor’s Degree Required
8 years of brand management or equivalent commercial experience"

Strong interpersonal and communication skills: highly collaborative with ability to build solid working partnerships across functional groups
Proven experience leading a team

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$132,900-$182,700Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
