We're building a category-defining product that blends cannabinoids, adaptogens, and clean ingredients into a modern alternative to alcohol and traditional relaxation products.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven, creative, and operationally strong Brand Manager to lead the day-to-day launch and growth of this product line. This is a hybrid role that blends brand marketing, project management, creative development, retail activation, and early-stage scrappy execution.You will be the central hub between creative, operations, founders, agencies, and retail partners. Responsible for owning timelines, launch readiness, marketing execution, and brand consistency.This role is remote, with occasional travel for shoots, events, retail activations, or key vendor meetings.What You'll Own (Key Responsibilities)Brand Development & CreativeSupport development of the brand identity, positioning, and voiceManage asset creation: photo/video shoots, content calendars, product imagery, website assetsWork closely with the Creative Director and contractors to produce world-class contentWrite and review creative briefs for design, packaging, and campaignsEnsure brand consistency across all touchpoints (web, social, retail, influencer, paid)Build and manage the complete launch work-back timelineCoordinate packaging approvals, label design, and SKU readinessManage inbound/outbound collateral needs (sell sheets, displays, POS, sampling kits)Ensure ops, production, and marketing are aligned on key deadlinesSupport Amazon prep, DTC readiness, and retail onboardingMarketing & Campaign ManagementManage influencer and creator seeding workflowsCoordinate organic social content, posting schedules, and community guidelinesOwn content organization (Dropbox/Drive), asset tagging, and distributionSupport paid ads team with creative asset needs (hooks, UGC, static/video assets)Prepare product for photoshoots, UGC shipments, and partnershipsRetail Activation & PartnershipsSupport retail channel launches, merchandising, displays, and in-store brandingCoordinate tasting events, field marketing activations, and sampling programsAssist with retailer sell-in materials and presentationsHelp track performance in retail partners and organize field feedbackProject Management & Cross-Functional AlignmentRun weekly marketing meetings and track deliverablesMaintain project boards, timelines, and asset trackersWork directly with the COO, founders, and creative team to keep launch on trackPrepare weekly progress summariesInsights & Brand HealthMonitor competitor trends in functional beverage, non-alc, THC/CBD categoriesPull insights from content performance, influencer partnerships, and retail feedbackHelp develop KPIs for brand growth across channels (DTC, Amazon, retail, events)Who You Are3–6+ years of experience in brand management for CPG, Alcohol, wellness brandsA strong executor with elite organization and project management skillsA self-starter comfortable with ambiguityCreative eye — comfortable directing visuals, storytelling, and brand identityExperience coordinating contractors, agencies, designers, or creatorsBalanced left-brain/right-brain thinker: operationally sharp + creatively fluentComfortable in a fast-moving startup environmentBonus: experience in beverage, cannabis, non-alcoholic products, functional wellness, or CPG launchesWhat Success Looks Like (First 120 Days)Launches flawlessly with on-time production, creative, and marketing deliverablesAll packaging, assets, and brand guidelines are organized and documentedRetail sell-in and activation materials are polished, consistent, and high-performingSocial content pipeline is running without bottlenecksInfluencer + creator seeding is active and producing usable contentWeekly execution rhythms are operationalizedYou are fully owning day-to-day brand execution with minimal oversight#J-18808-Ljbffr
