Job Title:Brand Marketing Associate

Location:Seattle, WA (Hybrid – WFH Mondays & Fridays)
Duration: 03+ Month Contract

Pay Rate:$55-60/Hour on W2

Job Summary

Seeking a Brand Marketing Associate with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and digital project execution. The ideal candidate will manage website operations, support digital campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams, and leverage analytics to optimize digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage website updates, enhancements, and digital roadmap execution.
  • Coordinate website migrations, content publishing, and campaign launches.
  • Own website backlog, requirements, and feature prioritization.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), staging validation, and release management.
  • Support SEO, AI discoverability (GEO), structured data, and content optimization.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and technology partners to deliver digital initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or digital project management.
  • Experience managing website roadmaps, CMS platforms, and development teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, GA4, UX, and website operations.
  • Experience with UAT, bug tracking, and website release processes.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with external agencies is preferred.
