Pay Rate: $22 - $24/HourOverview and ResponsibilitiesThe Coordinator will play a key role in the development and execution of marketing strategies for Entertainment s theatrical film slate. The position reports to the Executive Director, Brand Marketing.Sets up and maintains all product and SKU information, as well as marketing promotions, in internal databasesMaintains a timeline for all marketing activities and keeps the brand team on deadlines across multiple releasesResponsible for trafficking and securing Brand approvals on high volume of Marketing and Creative assets (key art, online ad units, TV spots, metadata, etc). Additionally, provides input and feedback on all campaign materials to ensure strategic consistency.Develops, designs and optimizes pitch decks that effectively communicate marketing plansProvides ongoing updates and stays in open communication with all functional areas: Customer Marketing, Operations, Sales, Promotions, Media, Creative, Finance, etc.Monitors, tracks and communicates competitive activity and industry trends and offers insights to support business objectivesCoordinates third party agreements and purchase order approvalsCollaborates with internal team to brainstorm all elements of the marketing planProvides support with ad hoc projects as neededBasic QualificationsBachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Film, or related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience in product marketing, product management, or brand management; experience within home entertainment, film studio, marketing/advertising agency, or consumer products preferredHigh degree of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop, as well as other MS Office SoftwareAdditional QualificationsStrong attention to detail in an environment that requires extensive multi-tasking and multiple deadlinesMust be resourceful with the ability to work independently and effectively on and across teamsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAble to interpret and discuss insights from a variety of data sources to support recommendationsStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsComprehensive problem solving abilityAbility to build relationships and work well with all levels of employees, including Sr. Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
