We're actively looking for the right fit for our close-knit team to continue our marketing growth!The RoleWe are seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator with a strong foundation in hands‑on social media strategy, creative design, and paid media campaign execution to support (and grow) our brand presence in an ever-changing marketing world. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-pace retail environment and brings a positive, growth-driven mindset to everything they do.This is an in-person position, working 40 hours per week (Tuesday through Saturday) at Simmons Fine Jewelry. Days off will be Sundays & Mondays. Some events will land outside of normal business hours. All events are required and scheduled in advance. A very small amount of travel may be required for events the marketing department assists with.A typical weekly schedule looks like:Tuesdays – 9am-5:30pmThursdays – 9am-5:30pmFridays 8am – 5:30pmSaturdays 10am-5:30pmCore Daily ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns (both paid & unpaid)Assist with content creation and layout improvementsMonitor digital performance metrics and compile reports for optimizationCollaborate with marketing leadership to ensure cohesive brand messagingCreatively contribute to all social media initiatives such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube & Google Ads marketing campaignsContent creation for luxury jewelry brands & items to showcase across multi-marketing platforms for consumer awarenessCollaborate with internal marketing leadership to ensure cohesive brand messagingArrange & execute photoshootsDesign & create content for all marketing initiativesAdditional Secondary ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, coordinating, marketing and executing of in-store and community events, as necessaryAssist the Marketing Director with additional promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives within the marketing team's responsibilities, as necessary.Help to develop & maintain internal & external marketing partnershipsOccasional support of cross-depart operations for all overall business successAssist digital media marketing coordinator occasionally with Google Ads & YouTube campaignsProviding exceptional customer interaction when supporting retail or event initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree – preferably in Digital Media, Digital Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in social media management, including Meta Business accountsCreating & updating content, creating paid campaigns, analyzing dataMeta Business – social media initiatives on Instagram & Facebook knowledge will be important for contributing to the social media side of this rolePinterest, TikTok, YouTube & Google Ads marketing campaignCreative videography & photography skills are a plus!Strong organizational skills and attention to detailA good visual eye for marketing high-end jewelry through these platformsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesPositive attitude with a growth-oriented and proactive mindsetMust be good with people – we are in a luxury retail environment after all!What We're Looking ForA self-starter who takes ownership and follows through on projectsSomeone eager to learn, improve, and grow within a brandA creative thinker who balances strategy with execution and is driven by the data analytics for growth in marketing efficiencyA professional, dependable team player who thrives in an in‑person environment with a collective team but who can also be autonomous in their role within the marketing departmentWillingness to learn different aspects of the business to help support overall success of the teamA passion for jewelry and/or watches is a plus!Why You'll Love Working HereOpportunity to continue shaping and growing a very respected local luxury brand in the communityHands‑on involvement in high-impact events and campaignsRoom for professional growth and skill developmentPaid Time Off (PTO)Medical InsuranceVision InsuranceAdditional benefits will be discussed through interview process*Optional: include links to campaigns, websites, or social media work you've contributed to along with professional references.#J-18808-Ljbffr
