We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, PR, and paid advertising.
Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with creative, product, sales, and external agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
Manage the marketing calendar, campaign timelines, and project budgets.
Analyze campaign performance using key marketing metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
Oversee content development, brand assets, and promotional materials.
Support product launches, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events.
Monitor industry trends and emerging marketing opportunities.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across teams.
Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing.
Proven experience developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and customer engagement.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing data to drive decisions.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing analytics tools.
Experience in B2B, B2C, or consumer brand marketing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Experience working with creative agencies and managing marketing budgets.
Knowledge of SEO, paid media, influencer marketing, and brand performance metrics.
MBA or relevant marketing certifications are a plus.
