Join Trove Brands' International Marketing team and help grow Owala, BlenderBottle, and our other brands across the Canadian market. Based at our headquarters in Lehi, Utah, you'll help bring products to market through brand strategy, product launches, integrated campaigns, retail and DTC marketing, and consumer insights.
You'll work closely with Sales, Creative, Social, Digital, Product, and regional partners to translate global brand strategy into marketing that resonates with Canadian consumers.
You don't need previous Canadian market experience. We're looking first for someone with strong consumer brand marketing fundamentals who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Experience with Canada, international markets, or French language is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and support go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and channel segmentation across regional retail and DTC channels.
- Lead product and category launches, including merchandising narrative and campaign planning.
- Optimize and execute integrated marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams and regional partners.
- Collaborate on the development, refinement and localization of packaging, assets, and marketing materials in partnership with creative and product teams.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, sell-through, consumer insights, market and category trends, product performance, and competitor activity by market and channel.
- Provide training and resources for internal and partner teams, to support sell-in and post-launch success.
- Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of target markets, regional opportunities, and effectively communicate competitive advantages.
Required Qualifications:
We're looking for a strategic, collaborative thinker who knows how to turn ideas into execution - and insights into impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, product marketing, regional marketing, shopper/channel marketing, or a related consumer marketing role.
- Highly organized and action-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and keep multiple projects moving simultaneously.
- Team player, capable of managing relationships across functional areas and comfortable collaborating across functions, markets, and regional partners.
- Proven track record of supporting or leading cross-functional product launches.
- Commercial acumen and familiarity with both retail and direct-to-consumer models
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - with an ability to simplify and clarify
- Data-fluent, with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategy
Desired Qualifications:
- You do not need prior Canadian market experience-we're looking first for strong consumer brand marketing fundamentals. Experience with Canada or international markets is a plus.
- French proficiency is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in consumer products, lifestyle, retail, or other product-based brands strongly preferred.
