Job Title: Brand Merchandising 3
Location: Beaverton, Or (Onsite 4/1 Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

About The Role
" The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities.

What Will You Work On?
" Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the market place and drive incremental growth
" Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing and distribution decisions
" Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer right assortments
" Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format

Who Will You Work With?
" Partners closely with product, merchandising, and sales teams to determine the best product for specific accounts, and supports product allocation

Must-Have
" Minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience in a merchandising role
" Excel expertise
" Marketplace awareness
" Detail-oriented
" Able to work in ambiguity
" Team player mindset
" Comfortable with public speaking (primarily to internal audiences)

Nice-To-Have
" AV (Assort Visual) experience
" Prior experience with a global athletic/sportswear brand
" In-store retail experience
" Soccer / sport category exposure

Education / Experience Substitutions
" Typically requires a Bachelor s Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
" One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs
" Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
