Kforce has a client located in Beaverton, OR who is looking for a Brand Merchandising 3. Summary: We are seeking a self-driven individual with a passion for consumer and sneakers geared towards making a positive impact on the overall Sportswear business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and exudes strong communication and influencing skills rooted in a high-level of retail and merchandising acumen. This individual should also be comfortable working autonomously while being solution oriented and presenting within leadership settings. This role is considered high-visibility, and this candidate will be asked to represent our top footwear franchises across many levels of the organization. A key component of this role is the franchise management against some of our biggest Footwear styles in the company. This role will be focused on growth and franchise management. Reporting to Merchandising Director, this role will collaborate closely with the Merchandising team and cross-functional partners working on the North America Sportswear business. This role is embedded within a dynamic, inclusive, and consumer-focused team that values collaboration and excellence through assortment building and business acumen. A consistent part of your day-to-day responsibilities will be the detailed management, maintenance and communication of all seasonal tools and assortments. Enabling this effort will be the development of key relationships among cross-functional teammates, comfort with research and analysis, along with a genuine curiosity and commitment to learn and evolve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or relevant
  • 5+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying, or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Sportswear Footwear consumer and marketplace
  • Ability to analyze business and consumer trends
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, experience working on new projects/concepts/ideas
  • Ability to collaboratively manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Effective communicator that collaborates and brings people together
  • Values differences and builds strong relationships with high cultural awareness
  • Proven balance of art and science in decision-making
  • Self-directed, independent, and dedicated

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
