Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $62000 - $95935 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Brand Merchandising Associate, Accessories provides day-to-day merchandising support to leadership. This role is responsible for milestone meeting coordination, material preparation, end-to-end process support, and weekly business analysis and reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development of brand merchandising product and assortment strategies, from category strategy and line plan creation through design, SKU planning, and in-store execution. Partner cross-functionally with Commercial and Design teams, leveraging market research to inform decisions and support the brand's Long Range Plan.

  • Own merchandising milestone meetings, including preparation, documentation, and maintenance with accuracy and adherence to deadlines (Design Edit, Adoption, Board Review, Line Review, Line Opening).

  • Maintain integrity across merchandising systems and tools (Global Front End, VIBE, Airtable, selling dossiers), through system creation, attribution and accuracy.

  • Support of sales reporting - analyze and share our weekly recaps identifying key takeaways and learnings to relevant stakeholders.

  • Focused analysis on sell out and productivity to influence in season SKU plans and read/react on style specifics.

  • Track and present competitive and trend relevant information to best inform product development coupled with performance analytics.

  • Oversee and monitor sample end to end process in partnership with Operations and cross-functional teams, to meet organizational needs, ensure go-to-market & carnet readiness, sample accuracy, and a timely delivery. Maintain systematic sample orders and handoff to cross-functional partners.

  • Attend design meetings, as directed by manager.

  • Present category assortments in milestone meetings, as directed by manager.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented, and inclusive team environment.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience in merchandising or buying, preference luxury.
  • Strong analytical skills, including retail math proficiency.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and operate with an ownership mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Resourceful, efficient, and proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with VIBE, Adobe, MicroStrategy, and GFE+
  • (if applicant has previous experience at Ralph Lauren).
