Job Description:
The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities.
Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the market place and drive incremental growth.
Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing and distribution decisions.
Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer right assortments.
Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
On-site role at WHQ; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid schedule
Backfill for leave coverage, contract will run ~6 months from start
Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
5+ years experience required in a merchandising role

AV experience (assort visual)
Prior client experience
In-store retail experience
ETW will help support soccer merchandising at the channel level, working close with product, merch, and sales teams to determine the best product for specific accounts; will assist with product allocation as well
Candidate should be comfortable with public speaking (mostly to internal audiences)
1-2 rounds of interviews anticipated
