About the Role

As a Brand Promotions Assistant, you'll represent nationally recognized brands, support promotional campaigns, and engage directly with customers at community events and marketing activations. You'll play an important role in increasing brand awareness, strengthening customer relationships, and helping clients achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of brand promotion campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Represent client brands professionally at promotional events, community outreach programs, and live marketing campaigns.
  • Interact with customers to educate them about products, services, and promotional offers.
  • Increase brand awareness through face-to-face customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Assist with event setup, promotional displays, and campaign logistics.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet campaign objectives and client expectations.
  • Participate in paid training, coaching, and leadership development programs.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No previous marketing or promotions experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
