We're?looking for a **Brand Strategist** to join the Internal Marketing team and help shape the future of the EPAM brand. This role will support the development of new enterprise brand initiatives while helping existing sub-brands, offers, and internal programs align within one connected brand system. You will partner closely with the Senior Creative Director?and?cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, strengthen brand architecture, and ensure new and existing brands can grow together without confusion or overlap. This is a strategic role for someone who sees both the big picture and the moving pieces inside it.
