Bring Edringtons premium portfolio to life as the face of our brands across the Global Travel Retail Cruise channel, while supporting selected strategic Airport Retail locations. Through engaging storytelling, impactful training and strong customer partnerships, youll inspire retail and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional brand experiences that build advocacy, drive premiumisation and support commercial success.

Based in Miami, this highly visible role offers extensive regional travel and occasional international opportunities, allowing you to work with leading cruise operators and retail partners around the world. Acting as the link between brand strategy and frontline execution, youll ensure our brands stand out, are recommended with confidence and create memorable experiences for consumers in some of the worlds most exciting travel retail environments.

Youll combine brand education, relationship management and consumer engagement to ensure Edringtons brands are experienced at their very best. From delivering inspiring training and hosting premium events to supporting commercial initiatives and identifying growth opportunities, youll play a key role in building brand advocacy, driving sales and creating unforgettable experiences across the travel retail environment.

Make an Impact

• Deliver engaging brand education programmes that bring Edringtons premium portfolio, heritage and craftsmanship to life across the Cruise channel and selected Airport Retail locations.
• Build product knowledge, confidence and brand advocacy among distributor partners, retail teams and onboard hospitality colleagues.
• Coach and support teams to deliver exceptional consumer experiences through premium serves, food pairings and effective engagement techniques.
• Develop strong partnerships with cruise operators, retail partners and distributors to drive brand visibility, commercial success and best-in-class execution.
• Support the creation and delivery of innovative activations, retail concepts and educational initiatives that enhance the consumer journey and increase sales.
• Plan and host tastings, masterclasses and experiential events, acting as a passionate ambassador for Edringtons brands.
• Create memorable brand experiences that strengthen consumer engagement, build loyalty and grow The Macallan Society community.
• Identify opportunities to elevate brand presence onboard through premium execution and luxury retail best practice.
• Gather and share market insights, consumer trends and competitive intelligence to support future commercial and brand strategies.
• Monitor training effectiveness, manage brand assets responsibly and maintain accurate reporting to ensure activity delivers measurable impact.

Your Talent and Skills

• Experience delivering training, education or brand advocacy programmes within luxury drinks, hospitality or premium retail environments.
• Background and good understanding of the on-premise environment and mixology.
• Strong knowledge of whisky, rum or premium spirits categories.
• Outstanding presentation, facilitation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to build influence and credibility with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of premium retail and hospitality environments.
• Self-motivated, highly organised and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively, within the region and on occasion Internationally.
• Ability and willingness to travel onboard cruise ship for up to 7days at a time.

Desirable

• Hospitality, bartending or spirits qualifications such at WSET level 2.
• Global Travel Retail or Cruise industry experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional language capabilities is a plus.
• Existing network within luxury hospitality, cruise or travel retail sectors.
