Branded Talent Partnerships Manager (Part Time)

BDG is seeking a part-time Branded Talent Partnerships Manager to join our team. You'll drive pre-sale pitches across BDG's portfolio-Bustle, NYLON, Scary Mommy, The Zoe Report, Elite Daily, and more-connecting the right talent to brand partnerships while collaborating on Talent strategy, budgets, and attainable deal terms.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, resourceful, and deeply plugged into pop culture, entertainment, creators, and social media. They should have an understanding of the talent landscape, familiarity with talent representatives and agencies, and working knowledge of talent fees, negotiations, usage, exclusivity, deliverables, and contractual considerations.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sale Phase

• Research and source talent based on campaign objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and budgets, while spearheading recommendations around fees and contractual deal points.

• Maintain expertise in emerging and established talent, cultural relevance, and audience alignment

• Collaborate with teams across the branded org to develop and refine talent proposals, rationale and strategy.

Post-Sale Execution

• Source, pitch, and manage talent decks; develop term sheets for client review and approval

• Manage talent booking, negotiation, contracting, and coordinate SAG-AFTRA requirements

• Coordinate talent logistics including travel arrangements, pre-calls, on-set management, and shoot oversight

• Ensure FTC compliance on social content and oversee all invoicing and expense processing

Event Support

• Collaborate on curated talent invite lists and document earned media outcomes for branded events

Qualifications

• Must be able to work up to 28 hours per week.

• Talent industry expertise: 2+ years in talent management, entertainment marketing, or talent partnerships with demonstrated knowledge of agents, fees, contracts, and deal structures

• Deep understanding of current pop culture, creator ecosystems, and social media; proven ability to research, identify, and pitch relevant talent to clients

• Strong written/verbal communication skills with experience developing client-facing talent recommendations, pitch decks, and managing multiple stakeholders

• Highly organized with demonstrated project management, attention to detail, and ability to manage logistics (contracts, travel, invoicing, on-set coordination)

$35 - $40 an hour
