Position Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the daily breakfast service to ensure a welcoming and satisfying experience for all guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up breakfast items according to hotel standards.
- Ensure food and beverage supplies are consistently stocked during service hours.
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of needed supplies.
- Clean up and store breakfast items after service.
- Report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with hotel staff to provide excellent guest service.
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
