Brazer (2nd shift)

Bard Manufacturing Company, a leading manufacturer of commercial Heating and Air Conditioning systems has an immediate opening for a Brazer in our Madison, Ga. Plant. This is a 2nd SHIFT - 10 hour, 4 day week schedule Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:30 AM which includes working overtime during busy season, Fridays and Saturday.

Summary:

Uses hand tools and small power tools and/or brazing equipment to assemble metal, electrical or mechanical HVAC products in accordance with established standards by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Brazes assigned product parts on assembly line in accordance with production guidelines.
• Performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
• Notifies supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
• Adheres to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
• Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Prior brazing and assembly experience
