Brazer (welding)

The Brazer (welding) will primarily focus on welding projects involving pipelines and tubing made from mixed materials. Working under moderate supervision in an indoor workshop environment, this role requires a strong commitment to safety and precision. The ideal candidate will contribute to the fabrication and repair of welded components by following blueprints and ensuring weld integrity through testing.

This is a first shift position

Responsibilities

• Perform welding on pipe, stainless steel and tubing using various techniques
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate weld specifications
• Adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards
• Conduct weld testing to verify quality and strength

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of welding experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding
• Strong blueprint interpretation skills
• Experience in welding inspection and metalworking
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail
