Bread Baker

Job Summary
I'm hiring a full-time baker to join my crew. The focus of this position is the overnight bakeoff of our bread and pastries at my new bakery.  General bakery prep work such as scaling, mixing, laminating, and shaping of bread and pastries are all part of skills necessary for this position. We are a true artisan bread bakery in every sense of the word. We bake everything from scratch. No shortcuts! 


Qualifications: 

• Applicants should have professional food service and production bakery experience.
• Reliability, endurance, and consistency are key to success in this position.
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency required.
