Bread Loaf Summer Administrative Staff - Invitation Only (Summer 2026 002390)

Staff members work with Middlebury Bread Loaf Writers Conferences staff to plan and host the conference. Each staff member focuses on coordinating in a particular area while also helping summer staff in other areas as needed.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities include:

• The ability to work independently and also as a member of a team
• The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations
• The ability to handle student and faculty matters with discretion, and confidentiality where required

This position is open to Bread Loaf Writers Conference enrollees. Compensation for this position is $15/hour.
