Pay: $16–$18/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 30–40 hours per week | 4-day work week

Annie's Bakery is seeking a dependable and hardworking Bread Packaging Team Member to join our production team. This position is responsible for packaging fresh bread products, preparing customer orders, and helping ensure every product leaving our bakery meets our quality standards.


This is a physically active position in a food manufacturing environment. The work can be repetitive and fast-paced, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and taking pride in doing quality work.


Responsibilities

•  Package and label bread products accurately 
•  Build and organize customer orders 
•  Inspect products for quality and consistency 
•  Maintain a clean and organized work area 
•  Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures 
•  Assist with other production and packaging tasks as needed 

Qualifications

•  Reliable attendance and punctuality 
•  Strong work ethic and positive attitude 
•  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
•  Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift 
•  Attention to detail and commitment to quality 

Preferred Experience

•  Food manufacturing experience is a plus 
•  Bakery, packaging, warehouse, or general manufacturing experience is helpful but not required 
•  Familiarity with food safety practices and GMPs is a plus
