Breakfast Attendant
Job Purpose
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional breakfast experience by providing high-quality food, outstanding guest service, and a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. This role ensures guests enjoy a positive start to their day through excellent food preparation, attractive presentation, and professional, courteous service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet in accordance with brand and company standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared, displayed, and served in a safe, sanitary, and appealing manner.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests, striving to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, kitchen, dining room, and related work spaces throughout the shift.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory levels, notifying management of replenishment needs.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Complete assigned opening, operating, and closing duties accurately and efficiently.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
- Work independently while accepting responsibility for assigned duties and following through on tasks with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent:
- Standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching overhead, lifting, pushing, pulling, grasping, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds consistently without assistance.
- Reading, writing, speaking, listening, and visual acuity necessary to perform assigned duties.
- Daily exposure to cleaning chemicals and potential food allergens, including but not limited to peanuts and other common allergens.
