About the Role:
Join Flagrock Hospitality LLC as a Breakfast Attendant and be the welcoming face of our morning service! In this role, you’ll create a delightful breakfast experience for our guests while showcasing the warm hospitality that Flagstaff is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with a variety of food and beverage options.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station throughout service.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their breakfast selections.
- Monitor food inventory and restock items as needed.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food offerings.
- Assist in closing duties and cleanup at the end of breakfast service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
