Job Summary
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning up the hotel’s complimentary breakfast service. This role plays a key part in creating a positive guest experience by providing a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked breakfast area with friendly and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the breakfast area in accordance with brand standards and health regulations.
  • Prepare and replenish food and beverage items, ensuring freshness and proper presentation.
  • Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast and dining areas, including tables, chairs, counters, and floors.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean, sanitized, and in good working order.
  • Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Break down and clean up breakfast area after service, storing items properly.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry items up to 30 lbs. for extended periods.

Work Schedule
This position typically starts between 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM and ends late morning, depending on business needs.
