About the Role:
Hampton Inn & Suites Normal is looking for a friendly and energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our team on weekends! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first smile guests see in the morning, helping set the tone for a great day and an exceptional stay.



Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and replenish the complimentary breakfast buffet throughout morning service hours
• Greet and assist hotel guests in a warm, hospitable manner during breakfast service
• Monitor food levels and ensure hot and cold items are fresh, stocked, and properly displayed
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and dining stations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service, including equipment and supplies
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Availability to work weekend mornings (Saturday and Sunday); early morning shifts required
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
