Job Summary Johnny’s Diner is hiring experienced cooks for a high-volume breakfast and brunch kitchen. This is a fast-paced, short-order environment— speed, consistency, and organization are critical.

Full time & part-time positions
Typical hours are approximately 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
High-volume service
Requirements:
Solid kitchen experience (short order preferred)
Strong knife skills and kitchen fundamentals
Ability to work clean, fast, and efficiently under pressure
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to recipe specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with prep work as needed
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
