Responsibilities
- Execute breakfast and brunch service with speed, precision, and consistency on the line
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and flavor
- Adhere strictly to sanitation, food safety, and health code regulations at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to prep, plan, and refine morning service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service
- Contribute to a positive, supportive kitchen culture every shift
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fine dining kitchen environment
- Familiarity with breakfast and brunch techniques, ingredients, and service rhythms
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and a strong respect for the work schedule
