Summary of position: To be responsible for the continental breakfast buffet by maintaining quality, forwarding appropriate inventory order to the General Manager or Guest Services Manager. Maintaining a clean serving area at all times and adequately replenishing all food, beverages and supplies during breakfast. Full job description available upon request.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, likely to include weekends, holidays, and overtime. Must be able to work weekend shifts.
