Breakfast Lead Cook

The primary objective of the Breakfast Lead Cook is to serve well executed menu items, while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation standards. They also supervise other cooks and kitchen staff and are responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, ensuring the efficiency of the line and kitchen operation on a scheduled shift is completed in accordance with Company specifications and standards.

1. Minimum of high school graduate or equivalent
2. Be able to properly use all kitchen equipment safely and understand knife safety
3. Experience in a restaurant kitchen environment
