Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items according to our menu standards.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste for every dish served.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Adapt to changing menus and special requests from guests.
- Participate in kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
