Wyndham Indianapolis West is seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Breakfast Server to provide exceptional service and help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve meals in a timely manner.
Provide attentive service by responding to guest requests and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Answer questions about menu items and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
Set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast dining area before, during, and after service.
Keep the dining room, beverage stations, and work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Work closely with kitchen and hotel team members to ensure efficient service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
Food Handler or food safety certification is a plus.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.
Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and light lifting throughout the shift.
Earn $7.50 per hour plus tips.
