VERAIMAA HINESVILLE LLC is looking for an energetic and dependable Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning operations in Hinesville, GA. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily breakfast service operations, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation and presentation
• Supervise, motivate, and support breakfast team members to maintain high performance standards
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Manage breakfast buffet or line setup, replenishment, and breakdown
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
• Track inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met throughout the dining and kitchen areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work early morning shifts reliably and consistently
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Food handler's certification or ServSafe certification is a plus
