1st shift Breakpack Associate 

Location: Grove City, OH
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday from 6am-4:30pm
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $17/ hr.

Nesco is hiring reliable Warehouse Associates / Pallet Jack & Forklift Operators for a growing Grove City company that specializes in repairing and redistributing wooden pallets. This is a great opportunity to work with the potential to be hired on directly with the company.

What You'll Do

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers based on manufacturer and quality through visual inspection.

• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials.

• Perform sanitation, "Clean As You Go,” and general housekeeping duties.

• Operate pallet jacks and, when needed, forklifts in a safe and efficient manner (training and certification provided).

• Lift up to 70 lbs consistently throughout your shift.

• Perform repetitive tasks including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting.

• Meet production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Work collaboratively within a diverse team.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by site leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and punctual — must arrive on time every scheduled shift.

• Must have and wear steel-toed boots.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs throughout the entire shift.

• Comfortable with physical, production-based warehouse work.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Familiarity using a pallet jack.

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred (not required).

• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is a plus.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
