Support the implementation of Breakthrough culture norms and program expectations including Breakthroughs Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports PBIS
Assist in training related to student culture discipline procedures and safety protocols
Assist in managing student behavior incidents Level I & II
Monitor hallways and whole group spaces to maintain a safe environment and efficient processes i.e. hallways lunch arrivaldismissal
Build positive relationships with supports to support community and belongingness
Support adaptation and training of Human First Framework and middle school advisory
Augment 9th grade advisory and high school readiness lessons
Monitor daily student attendance and community with families regarding absences
Augment student-led conferences and provide support to teaching fellows
Support in the development of themed-week events and special events i.e. field trips field day family reunion
Participate in leadership meetings
