Breakthrough Atlanta Volunteer Engagement Member (2026)

Coordinated and tracking volunteer placement

Assist with scheduling coverage and daily volunteer logistics

Serve as a point of contact for volunteers

Assist in planning and facilitating volunteer orientations and training

Support planning and implementation of Breakthrough Parent Curriculum Day

Provide ongoing support to volunteers including prepping them for the weeks events troubleshooting issues and reinforcing expectations

Build positive relationships with volunteers to support a sense of belonging and community

Collect feedback from volunteers to improve engagement and program quality

Track volunteer hours attendance and service activities

Support in the development of themed-week events and special events i.e. field trips field day family reunion

Monitor hallways and whole group spaces to maintain a safe environment and efficient processes

Participate in leadership meetings
