Position Description:
At Penn Medicine Princeton Health, we invite an exceptional Breast Surgeon to join our growing Cancer Center in Plainsboro, NJ. You will lead a specialized surgical practice that combines technical mastery with the compassionate, person-centered culture of a premier community hospital-in alignment with the Abramson Cancer Center. The Penn Medicine Princeton Cancer Center offers patients seamless access to clinical trials, personalized therapies, and coordinated care across our entire health system. Upon it's expected completion in 2028, the new Penn Medicine Princeton Cancer Center is designed to support expanded, high‑volume breast services within a comprehensive outpatient oncology setting. Planned features include a dedicated breast imaging center, advanced diagnostics, and integrated oncology clinics, creating a strong foundation for breast surgical growth.
The Breast Surgeon will play a key role in delivering comprehensive breast surgical care and contributing to program development as volume and services expand. Our breast team currently comprises a breast surgeon, a breast surgery specialized Advanced Practice Provider, and a shared team of navigators, genetic counselors, social workers, chaplains, behavioral health specialists and financial counselors.

Salary Range:
$15,080.00 - $520,000.00/Annually based on 40 hours per week
As part of their job offer, successful candidates are provided a specific rate, taking into consideration various factors including experience and education.
