MAINTENANCE PORTERReports to: Maintenance SupervisorPay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
Position OverviewThe Maintenance Porter helps ensure the physical property is visually impeccable and functionally sound, with a primary focus on grounds upkeep and support for the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the physical property is visually impeccable and functionally sound
Maintain upkeep of grounds, including:
Pool
Trash pickup and disposal
Pet waste testing, pickup, and disposal
Emptying and restocking pet waste station(s)
Document found and known issues
Assist the Maintenance Technician with tenant trash-outs
Cross-train with the Maintenance Technician as needed or required
Actively participate in the maintenance team group text
Attend monthly conference calls, quarterly in-person team meetings, and semiannual in-person team training
Serve as backup for the Maintenance Technician
Lift or handle 80–100 lbs on a regular basis
This is a safety-sensitive position.
