BREW BROTHERS FOOD SERVER

The Server is responsible for serving guests in designated outlets according to the service specifications of that outlet to provide the guests with an outstanding dining experience.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

• Responsible for complete and accurate set-up and breakdown of the dining room including stocking.

• Adhere to department service standards; be accommodating, accurate, and attentive.

• Plans, organizes and completes work timely

• Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs

• Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors

• Ability to lift 40 pounds.

• Able to perform repetitive tasks.

• Work safely in a busy kitchen environment.

• Be able to stand, lift, bend, and twist as required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Adhere to all Risk/Safety policies.

• Receive and maintain all required certifications.

• Complete all required company training.

• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.

• Must be able to work various hours which include, but are not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays.
