Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Packagers / Production Associates to join a busy brick manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. This fast-paced, production-based position is responsible for stacking, inspecting, and packaging finished brick as it comes off the production line.

This is a physically demanding role that rewards consistency and productivity. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn $21.00–$24.00 per hour after permanent hire based on production performance.




Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to repeatedly lift and handle up to 60 lbs
• Ability to stand and remain physically active throughout the entire shift
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to maintain pace in a production-driven environment
• Strong attention to safety and product quality
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks consistently
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
• Must successfully complete required drug screening and background check
• Willingness to work Saturdays and overtime during peak production periods




Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Stack finished brick onto pallets according to production requirements
• Strap and wrap packaged brick in preparation for shipment
• Inspect finished brick for defects, cracks, damage, or other quality concerns
• Maintain required production pace as brick moves through the manufacturing line
• Organize and prepare completed pallets for material handling and shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
• Work safely around conveyors, moving equipment, and production machinery
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
• Communicate quality or production concerns to supervisors
• Assist with additional production and packaging duties as assigned




Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs throughout the workday
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire shift
• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, stacking, and repetitive movement
• Ability to maintain a consistent work pace in a physically demanding production environment
• Comfortable working extended hours when production demands require
• Ability to safely work around conveyors and industrial machinery while wearing required PPE
