We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Bridal Manager to lead our bridal department and inspire a team dedicated to delivering unforgettable engagement and wedding jewelry experiences.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys coaching others to success, and loves building lasting client relationships during one of the most exciting milestones in our clients’ lives.

As Bridal Manager, you will lead the performance and daily operations of the bridal department while setting the tone for exceptional service and sales excellence. You will spend much of your time on the showroom floor — guiding complex bridal and custom design sales, supporting your team, and ensuring every couple feels celebrated, confident, and cared for.

You will:
• Drive bridal department sales results and key metrics including closing ratio, average sale, and custom design pipeline
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of bridal sales professionals
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and appointment flow during peak engagement seasons and special events
• Deliver a personalized, consultative luxury experience for every client
• Support custom engagement ring projects, redesigns, upgrades, and milestone jewelry purchases
• Build and maintain your own strong book of bridal clients and long-term relationships
• Partner with merchandising to maintain an inspiring and elevated bridal showroom presentation

You are passionate about people, emotionally intelligent in high-stakes buying moments, and energized by achieving ambitious sales goals. You lead by example on the sales floor, remain calm in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in developing others.

Ideal candidates bring:
• 10+ years of luxury jewelry retail experience, including bridal leadership experience is a must!
• Strong consultative selling skills and comfort with custom jewelry design coordination
• A proven ability to coach teams and drive results
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• A service mindset aligned with the Reis-Nichols brand and values
