Join a specialized industry leader designing innovative precast concrete boardwalk systems. We are looking for a high-level engineer to lead our Charlotte-based design team. You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle—from conceptual structural analysis to production-ready designs—while mentoring a talented group of professionals.
Leadership: Manage 8 direct reports in a collaborative, in-office environment.
Specialty: Expert-level design of precast concrete structures (AASHTO/local codes).
