Job Description Multi-state design firm is seeking a Bridge Engineer for their team in Des Moines!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for transportation/roadway project designs (grade separations, interchanges, and stream crossings) Collaborate with roadway traffic, geotechnical, and stormwater engineers on projects Manage project from start to finish Assist with proposal and client development Travel to job sites as needed Grow/mentor team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on structural engineering 5+ years of experience PE License Experience with designing prestressed concrete/steel bridges and bridge analysis/design programs (LARSA, LEAP Bridge Enterprise, Lpile, SPColumn, MDX) Experience with ArDOT/KDOT/MoDOT Bridge Projects preferred Experience with MicroStation Proficient in AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design
