About the Role: Join SuYash Consulting, LLC as a Bridge Inspection Team Leader and lead a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the safety and integrity of our infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise with leadership skills in a rapidly evolving industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage bridge inspection teams to assess structural conditions and safety compliance.
Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of bridges, documenting findings accurately.
Prepare detailed inspection reports and provide actionable recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
Coordinate with project managers and clients to discuss inspection results and next steps.
Train and mentor junior inspectors on best practices and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding bridge safety.
Utilize advanced inspection technologies and methods to enhance data collection.
Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge inspection or structural engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.
Strong knowledge of bridge inspection standards (e.g., NBI, NBIS).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in inspection software and data analysis tools.
Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.
